Setup & training
Setup and training are quoted separately, because no two offices start the same way. The one-time cost follows the number of team members who need to be onboarded: the more people joining the system, the more accounts, roles, permissions and working habits we move across with you. A studio of six and a firm of a hundred do not need the same rollout, so we do not price them the same.
We begin with a short call to understand how you work today — how many projects run at once, how many people need access, which system you want live first, and whether the rollout covers one studio or several offices. From that we put together a fixed price and a timeline, and you see the full cost before anything begins. Nothing is invoiced until you agree to it.
Training runs on your own live projects rather than sample data, so the team learns on work they already recognise. It covers the office side in Reemory, site tracking in Astrack and presenting to clients in Navitra, and continues until everyone is comfortable with the system. After that, the subscription stays $39 per month — setup and training are paid once and never repeat.
